Working stages of the recruiting agency Recruit Alliance with the Customers:

  • First stage: acquaintance, information acquisition and conclusion of the contract.
    1. Acquaintance with the official of the company who directly conducts staff recruiting; detailed acquaintance with the company: sphere of activity, level and regulations of corporative culture, style and type of its employees.
    2. Consulting on the labour market conditions and conditions of the salaries in the necessary business sphere.
    3. Detailed interview with the Customer for determination of the exact requirements to the candidate.
    4. Service contract preparation and signing.
  • Second stage: organization of personnel search and evaluation.
    1. Analysis of the specialists' database in different spheres for the purpose of search of the acceptable candidates to the vacant position. Agency's structured database consists of 10000 specialists and is enriched every day - up to 90 appeals per day
    2. Search of the candidates by means of information placement about the vacancy in press, on the own Internet resource, in the specialized publications, web-resources which are dedicated to the labour market and other possible recourses (but preliminary we agree these issues with the Customer).
    3. Search of the candidates with the help of exclusive methods, direct search.
    4. Evaluation of the candidates (resume analysis, preliminary interview, personal interview, psychological and professional testing upon supplementary requirement).
  • Third stage: organization of the meeting with the selected candidates.
    1. Organization, provision and coordination of the interview between a representative of the company and candidates for the vacancy which are done in the office of the Agency or in the Customer's territory.
    2. Verification of the selected candidates' recommendations in three directions: direct manager, colleague and Customer.
    3. Control after the candidate's successful probation period completion.
